"Pantarul" - a local word for "fork"

About Pantarul

This charming restaurant opened its doors in 2014, as a project of food blogger Ana-Marija, her partner Milan and their mutual friend Đuro, with an idea to create something new and modern.

Pantarul's menu changes on a regular basis, depending on the season.
Everything on the menu is made with ingredients sourced from various family farms in the Dubrovnik area, primarily in the Župa and Konavle regions.

Fresh fish is delivered daily and meat comes from a reputable source. They offer homemade pasta and bread, and a creative Croatian vine list. The chef Zoran Orešković is a great one, educated in Zagreb he spent most of the time working in top-class Croatian restaurants to finally make an addition to this team.

Pantarul is a place that respects its workers and their well-being, so the restaurant is closed every Monday for the team to have some relaxing time.

It is a reservation-only place, to ensure that the food is cooked stress-free and served in the best possible way.
